Day 5 trainees typically do not need their History of Present Illness (HPI) reviewed or critiqued at that stage of their training. By this point, they have already received substantial training and guidance during their initial days, which allows them to apply what they have learned effectively. The purpose of early training sessions is to build confidence and skills, leading to a level of proficiency where constant critique is less critical.

In contrast, suggestions that they might need reviews if requested or only for new scribes may imply a level of ongoing dependence on feedback that is not necessary for those who have reached the Day 5 mark.
